HR In Store Optimization / Store staff management
This module is used to enter for each store, each day and each salesperson the forecasted schedule. This schedule is visible at headquarters in function of access rights configuration.
With the theoretical schedule thus fixed, a staff checking function is used to register the real attendance times of the staff. This allows management to compare the forecasted schedule and the real schedule, and to generate alerts in case of anomalies.
The connection with an entry counter system exists in the Cegid Business line, which enables the calculation of a sales transformation rate. The joint use of such a system and schedule management permits the implementation of checks, with the objective to create a system to facilitate the diagnostic of stores’ underperformances.
